IITIL® V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate in IT Service Management

The ITIL® V3 foundation bridge course enables the holders of an ITIL® V2 foundation certificate to acquire the ITIL® V3 know-how through a shortened form of training. This seminar primarily highlights the special features of and the key differences in the ITIL® V3 version.

Individuals who require a basic understanding of the ITIL® framework and want to know how this can be applied in an organization to improve the services and service management quality.

IT technical specialists in an organization which has adapted ITIL® and now wishes to initiate a continuous program of improvement.
